These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kerkiya ("kerkiya", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the kerkiya website at https://kerkiya.bid, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.

By accessing the kerkiya platform in any capacity — including browsing without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be bound by it. If you are accessing kerkiya on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have authority to bind that individual to this Agreement.

kerkiya reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, kerkiya will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the kerkiya platform following the publication of any updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain a kerkiya account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kerkiya does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing kerkiya from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of kerkiya or any of its affiliated partners, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by kerkiya or elected by you personally — that remains active at the time of registration or continued use.

kerkiya reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered kerkiya account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kerkiya will close all but the oldest verified account and may confiscate bonus funds and winnings derived from the duplicate account.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kerkiya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kerkiya will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Account Closure. Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. kerkiya may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances following written notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing identity verification.

Accepted Payment Methods. kerkiya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and kerkiya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kerkiya, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Withdrawal Conditions. To process a withdrawal from your kerkiya account, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have passed identity verification. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance, excluding any locked bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by kerkiya support.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Processing Times. kerkiya endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on the kerkiya platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent. • One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a kerkiya account at any given time. A player must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention: kerkiya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably believes a player has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine gaming risk.

kerkiya reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will not be retroactively affected by the change to their existing bonus balance.

All casino games available on the kerkiya platform — including video slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface and by the general game rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of any conflict between the in-game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

Random Number Generator (RNG). All non-live casino games on kerkiya use certified Random Number Generator technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. kerkiya does not interfere with or have any ability to influence the outcome of any certified RNG-based game.

Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, connection disruptions, or display faults — any affected bets or game rounds may be declared void and the relevant stake returned to the player's account balance. kerkiya accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond those directly caused by kerkiya's own platform infrastructure.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as set by the game provider. These limits are displayed within the game interface. kerkiya may impose additional platform-level stake limits at its discretion.

All sports betting activity on kerkiya — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available sports markets — is subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only once a confirmation message and unique bet reference number have been issued to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final settled odds, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed (as defined in the specific sport rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market outcome has already been determined.
• Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. Once a live bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. kerkiya reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies across all sports markets. The applicable maximum payout is displayed within the relevant betting market. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated return.

Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is subject to additional specific rules published within the Cricket betting section of the kerkiya platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kerkiya platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one kerkiya account, or registering under a false identity or with falsified documentation.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

• Abusing promotional offers by creating multiple accounts, using coordinated wagering strategies, or systematically exploiting bonus terms.
• Attempting to circumvent kerkiya's responsible gaming tools, including using a different account to continue gambling during a self-exclusion period.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a deposit limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Players are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, scraping, or commercially exploiting any content or software on the kerkiya platform. Any unauthorised use of kerkiya intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kerkiya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kerkiya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from game malfunctions, connectivity disruptions, or third-party payment processor errors.
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.
• Any indirect economic loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from account suspension or closure in accordance with this Agreement.

kerkiya's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kerkiya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kerkiya collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration and ongoing account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the kerkiya Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the parties with whom it is shared, and the rights available to players regarding their personal data.

kerkiya uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the kerkiya platform. kerkiya does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

kerkiya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Agreement will be published on the kerkiya platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — kerkiya will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

If you do not accept any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the kerkiya platform and may request closure of your account. Continued use of the kerkiya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kerkiya operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation that the content of this platform is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of kerkiya complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

kerkiya is an entertainment platform intended for recreational use by adults. kerkiya does not claim to be regulated by any specific Bangladeshi government body and does not represent that online gaming is explicitly permitted under Bangladeshi law.
